Copyright Infringment Complaint Policy

SiriusFusion respects the copyrights and trade secrets of third parties. If you believe that content on any of our Services violates any of your exclusive rights under applicable law, you must send an e-mail communication to IPComplaints@siriusfusion.com. This communication should include the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work(s) or specific trade secrets claimed to have been infringed upon.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or claimed to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed, along with reasonably sufficient information to permit SiriusFusion to locate the material
• In the case of infringement upon a trade secret, you must provide SiriusFusion with the relevant Non-Disclosure Agreement (“NDA”) or other legal instrument stipulating that the User has agreed to keep in confidence the information in question.
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit SiriusFusion to contact you, such as address, telephone number in addition to your e-mail address.
• Information adequate to allow SiriusFusion to know that you are: a) the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right, or b) the owner of an exclusive right, that is allegedly infringed.
• The following statement: "I have a good faith belief that the use of materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner or trade secret holder, its agent, or the law."
• The following additional statement: "The information in this notification is accurate and that I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I am the copyright owner and/or trade secret holder or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed."

SiriusFusion will act in good faith to address any and all legitimate copyright/trade secret infringement claims and to remove any infringed-upon information. You understand that while SiriusFusion will work to remove said information, SiriusFusion is under no obligation to aid or otherwise assist you in undertaking any additional action as it relates to any copyright or trade secret infringement claim(s) or legal action stemming therefrom. You understand that SiriusFusion cannot be held accountable in any case for damages, regardless of whether a claim of infringement is found to be true or false. You further understand that you may be liable for damages, including court costs and attorney’s fees, if you misrepresent that a product or activity is infringing your copyrights or trade secrets. If you are not sure whether material on our Services infringes your copyright or trade secret, we urge you consult an attorney before taking any action.

Refund Policy

You agree that you will pay for all information products you purchase through the Services, using the selected payment method that SiriusFusion, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate. You also agree that SiriusFusion may charge you for the same. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL CHARGES AND FOR PROVIDING SIRIUSFUSION WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL CHARGES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES.

Privacy Policy

We at Sirius Fusion have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers except as required by law. Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the experience for our customers. Any privacy concerns should be directed to privacy@siriusfusion.com; we take all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriately and quickly. Our customers have been our number one priority and will continue to be our first priority in the future.

As Sirius Fusion evolves, this privacy policy is likely to evolve with it. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. We will post any policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice.
